I started my 30 Day Challenge on November 25th. That will take me right up to Christmas Day. So far, it's been great! And relatively easy! (I decided since it's not a true Whole30 Challenge I'll just call it a 30 Day Challenge).
I ordered the book "It Starts With Food" by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig from Amazon last night. I probably won't get it until after Christmas but that's okay. I can read it over the holidays and start the actual Whole30 Challenge in January.
My goal was to get to the gym at least three times a week and last week I didn't make it there more than once. That made a little sad, but it was a busy week. And I did have hockey on Monday night. This week I will make a bigger effort to get there.
A co-worker asked me if I could write down everything that I ate this past week so that she could pass it on to her mom. She thinks her sister and mom would both benefit from eating a wheat-free/paleo lifestyle. So I recorded every single thing that I ate all week. It was interesting! I've got the MyFitnessPal app on my phone so I've tracked before but it seemed different this time actually writing out everything. It made me see just how much smaller my meals are but I don't feel the least bit deprived. It's great! Hopefully seeing what I eat will help my co-worker's mom decide that it can be easy and successful!

I do daily food posts a lot because other people see it! It keeps me accountable. I eat better sometimes because I know other bloggers will see it haha! So glad to hear your challenge is going well :)
cheering you on on on!!!
